A young girl who is in over her head, gets even more interesting.
Her father, a horrible man who abuses her, is getting worse and worse.
She doesn't know what to do, and no one is on her side. Everyone thinks that her father's such a good man, when in reality he's one of the worst fathers on the planet. Even his sister, Korey Cooper, thinks everything's alright.
But then, just before her life makes a turn for the worst, Blade finds a couple people who are actually on her side.
And that's the Cooper family.
John, Korey, and their two kids, Xavier and Alex.
But then, right when everything starts to make sense again, Blade has to go back to school.
A whole new high school, and she doesn't know what to do there, either.
All Blade wants to do with this high school, is to just start over and not start or get into anything...
But...
Her luck has the tendency to prove her wrong...
