"Because dear Renzo, we choose our heroes carefully since they are who we dream to be.  They fight the battles in the way we feel they should be fought--nothing more, nothing less."
I think I understand grandfather, but just one last question grandfather?"
"And what is it Renzo?"  Asked an amused Girardus.
"Why did the evil witch and that evil boy come into my adventures?"
"Ah, that is a question I cannot answer Renzo.  Evil slips into all our lives in its own way, and on its own terms.  Why it does, only God knows."

How is the newly born hero suppose to bring the world back together and defeat the dragons? By becoming another type of demigod herself: a kitsune, the symbol of peace that has sworn to protect the residents of this world from chaos and destruction. One might see this as the Universe's way for entertainment, or the fate's bizarre tactics to bring people together. Whatever it might be, it did not stop Elena from catching the eye of the prince of a powerful kingdom. Before anyone knows what's even happening, they're caught in the middle of it all; like a cat trapped in a yarn. After all, even the stone you trip on is a part of your destiny.
