Op deku (Izuku X momo)

what would happen if deku's father was all for one and he gained his quirk but it was a mutated version where he could take, give, and create quirks?but he goes 2 ua to become the #1 hero.
sorry this is my first time writing a fanfic so plz dont judge i may or may not have spelling issues but im going to make up quirks and i wont be able 2 update everyday and i dont care if u dont like it im just doing it for fun im open for suggestions on the story so just comment.
