It had been 16 years since Morioh Town had been freed from the Evil of Yoshikage Kira and the town set into peace. But a new threat appears as the place become a hub for more stand users than ever. Now a new Joestar has to step up to keep order and stop the town from becoming a stand user battle ground.

This book follows the events from The Stars That Guide Us, so you have not read this yet, I highly recommend you do so you can get a full feel of the book.
