With only a few months left till her 18th birthday, Alexia Rose decides now is a better time than any to escape her abusive home life. With just an over sized hiking backpack and a small savings, she sets off to the Appalachian trail. Her goal? Hike as far as she can while staying out of the public's eye and where ever she is by her 18th birthday, she will call her new home. But what happens when she meets people along the way that sway her from her original plan and show her what home really feels like? What about the fact that they all have blue eyes and stories similar to hers to hide behind? Follow Alexia on her adventure where she will experience freedom, true friends, and even love along the way. Find out what secrets hide behind these blue eyes!

Alpha Falling For The Omega
17. That's how old I am today. It's about time too. I was getting sick of being 16. I hear a low rumble being emitted from my chest. I run towards the woods before the change takes over my body. As soon as I get to the woods near the lake I have come to know and love, ducks are floating in the middle looking for something to eat. I quickly strip down to only my sports braw and shorts, when and excrutiating paing takes over my body and I fall to the ground. My legs were the first to change. The bones snap and change shape for the first time. I scream out in pain as hair starts to grown eerywhere. The rest of my body is snapping and changing shape. My arms were the next to change... I seriously felt like dying. The pain of every first change is unbearable. Thankfully it all soon stops and I am standing on all fours. I walk towards the lake noticing that the ducks that used to be there were long gone. I must have scared them. Heaven On Earth
It seems like just yesterday I was saved. Not knowing what to do next or where I should go. Little by little I had to find my way and put together the lessons I was taught from different sources to seemingly lead a holy life. My supreme happiness came from when I found Jesus. Little did I know all I had to do was dwell in his heart and he would provide me with the wisdom I need and show me the things I could only fantasize about. Things like these seemed to me too precious to keep hidden, and that's when I knew I just had to share Who He is to the whole world. My Backpacking Memoirs
In 2017 I embarked on a three month backpacking trip around Europe. Motivated by the many accounts of travel from within religion, I went to learn. But what I experienced was not what I was expecting. This was my first time leaving the UK since I was a child and my expectations of travel and Europe were wildly out of touch. I met more people in these three months than I had in the previous ten years and had many new experiences. I was naive and many of the people I met on my travels could tell just how naive I was. Overland by bus, train and ferry through 17 countries: England, Scotland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Switzerland. To 35 locations: Liverpool, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Paris, Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Amsterdam, Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Prague, Krakow, Brno, Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest, Timisoara, Sibiu, Brasov, Bucharest, Sofia, Thessaloniki, Litochoro, Athens, Delphi, Naples, Rome, Venice, Milan and Lugano. It is an account of backpacking around Europe, both the best and worst of European backpacking hostels. Long bus journeys, hitch hiking and plenty of walking. I'm not proud of my behaviour or the events surrounding this three month period of my life, but I am proud to have forced myself to do it. I hope that my story will reach people who are in similar positions to what I found myself and to plant the seed of travel as a solution to those problems. Sometimes running away is the solution. I continued my adventure through the forest. I watched the captivating clouds slide over the bright blue sky. It was ethereal. I continued walking and stopped in the field when I saw a beautiful maiden. I felt a sudden pull to her and I didn't know why. I walked closer. I tapped her shoulder and she jumped and looked startled at me. Funny I felt sparks when I touched her. I wonder why. I looked her in her eyes and for a minute it was as if the whole world stopped. I couldn't stop staring at her. I didn't want to stop. She was so beautiful. She was one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen. She has beautiful blonde hair and ocean blue like eyes that I could drown in. I stopped staring because staring is impolite and mother would scold me for acting in such a inappropriate manner. "My apologies, I didn't mean to scare you" I said "I just saw you sat in the field by yourself, you look as if you could use a friend" I said "My name is Danielle Walker" I said holding my hand out She snapped out of her staring. She shook my hand and I felt warm and fuzzy inside. I think I am attracted to this fair maiden. "My name is Freya Mikaelson" She said and shook my hands We slowly pulled away. She had such soft skin, it was a delicacy to touch. Her name was beautiful too the way it rolled straight off my tongue. "What are you doing in this part of the forest?" She said "Oh my dearest apologies am I trespassing?" I said "This is my and my mother's property. She doesn't like people coming on her property. No one lives on this property but her and I" Freya said "I shall leave I apologize for intruding. It was a pleasure to meet you Freya" I said and started walking away I felt her grab my wrist. "Please don't leave. We don't have to tell her" Freya said "I have somewhere where she won't find us" Freya said "Care to join me?" "Out and about to explore the world, Dora?" A deep voice behind me laughed. Of course I knew who stood there but I thought he had left hours ago and would come back tomorrow morning to pick me up. He leaned casually against the beige wall of the garage and stubbed a cigarette out behind himself. "My dad will be pissed when he sees that" I ignored his question and pointed at the small scorch on the wall. The street lamps' light reflected in his blue eyes and made them look like they were shining at me. He pushed himself off the wall and with three steps he stood directly in front of me. I had to put my head back to look him in the face. "Want one?" He asked and raised his right arm. I turned my head to see a small box of cigarettes in his hand. It was dark outside, the only light came from the street lamp across the street and the stars. The light drew long shadows on his face but I could still observe it perfectly. Clear skin, full lips and long eyelashes. I shook my head and whispered "I don't really support smoking." "Yeah, me neither" he smirked and nodded slowly. I won't lie. He is really handsome and there definitely is a part to me that is attracted to him but I should really go now if I want to catch that train. -------------------------- Pandora just came back from college to visit her parents. But when they see her they seem everything but happy about it. Turns out her mother is not who she claimed to be and has a dark past which is now catching up on her.
