A young girl named Chloe went to P.E.I for vacation for 3 weeks. Yet did she know. There's going to be a storm and the waves will be bigger than ever before. She goes out into the ocean with her surfboard and surfs those waves. Next thing she was dragged under in a current. Trying to get back up. Someone helps her. But before she could see anything. The waves were calm, the bright golden sun was out and there was a beach not to far away. She got confused. But she once finds a boy named Luca, Luca with bright blue eyes and bleach blonde hair in a quiff guided her. Things get weird. They meet a group of bikers and surfers. Luca was a biker and she was a surfer. They were both rivals but these two weren't. They'd fallen for each other.All Rights Reserved
