It all began when Lil Miss Perfect, always punctual and polished, was about to enjoy her favorite chocolate. Just as she was unwrapping it, her pesky neighbor-snatched it and ate it with a smug grin. That single act sparked a rivalry that would last for ages. From then on, it was prank for prank. Sticky notes on her window? Classic him. Hair Dye in his shampoo? Her perfect revenge. As academic rivals, they were constantly competing in school, and being neighbors only made things worse. Each day brought a new prank and a deeper reason to hate him. Yet, beneath the tricks and competition, there was a tension neither of them could quite explain. And as they say, enemies make the best lovers, but the question is will they?

He asked, his piercing gaze meeting hers through the mirror. His one hand was resting on her stomach, keeping her close to him while the other one touched her head. "This-" He moved the finger from her head to her heart. "-this-" He pulled her closer from his other hand. "-your whole fūcking being, belongs with me, get that?" He asked, raising her chin to make her look in the mirror. She should push him away, she should be telling him how much she hates him but she found herself nodding. "Words." He pressed. "Yes," She mumbled. "What's your name?" "Roop." "What's your name?" He asked again, pronouncing each word clearly this time. "Roop Mehrotra." "Roop. Amrit. Mehrotra." His jaw tightened, "Say it." "Roop Amrit Mehrotra." She breathed out, trying to get away from him but his grip was firm. "Right, and it's going to stay just like that." ••• Two people, one unwanted marriage. She is selfless and compassionate and prioritises others before herself. She is trying to move on from her past. What occurs when she encounters someone who possesses every trait she finds repulsive? 𝑹𝒖𝒅𝒓𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒓 He is the CEO of the Kapoor Group of Companies. He is a self-centred, good-looking, and physically appealing man. He is stuck in the past.
