The Master Chief has been found. Humanity is once again at war with an alien faction, bearing the name of "Storm Covenant." And now, six months after the Didact's attack on Earth, the UNSC Infinity is engaged in a hot pursuit of the new Covenant leader, Jul 'Mdama on the Forerunner shield-world, Requiem. However, when Infinity dispatches a squad of four Spartans known as Fireteam Crimson to the planet surface to stop him from leaving, one of them uncovers something about Halo, and himself, that could decide the fate of the universe.

In a galaxy-wide war. For over 20 years, humanity has been on the defensive, surviving against the odds from a genocidal religious alien cult known as the Covenant. Fighting for humanities very existence, untold numbers of UNSC forces will lay down their lives so that countless others may live. This story is a "what if scenario" and unique take on an idea that the creators of Halo original made for a draft to how Halo 2 was supposed to end during the designing phase of the videogames. (When Halo 2 was the "last game" and Halo 3 wasn't supposed to exist due to the current development schedules at the time). That idea being how Master Chief and Commander Miranda Keyes were supposed to have a "romantic relationship" at the end of the game, but scrapped it due to it making no sense for this to even happen. So, this story about this concept of an unlikely relationship with Master Chief and Commander Miranda Keyes and will recreate it to be more complex and expand this scrapped idea and potential make something of it. Ultimately, during the darkness of war, the time for companionship is an afterthought as time passes and chaos continues. Will this unlikely duo that being the legendary Spartan 2 Master Chief and UNSC Commander Miranda Keyes grow closer together against such darkness against the Covenant, or fall victim as many have before them.

Book 02/06 (Current Version: Prototype - Version 1.0) This story/fanfiction is a 'what if scenario' within the Sci-Fi videogame series known as Halo and is based on an original character named 'Lieutenant Serenity McKnight' that partners with the legendary Master Chief himself, after the UNSC Pillar of Autumn had escaped a Halo Ring known as Installation 04 by the help of a mysterious alien of myth and legend called a Forerunner. From this Forerunner, it pledged itself and its forces of unknown magnitude to fight the genocidal war against the Covenant, to protect humanity. The UNSC Pillar of Autumn heads course back home, to the Solar System, Earth. A big mystery slowly unveils on humanities newest ally. Will our heroes within the UNSC turn the tides of the conflict in the fates of their species? What will this alliance with the Forerunner entail to go on the offensive? 2560, a ring like structure has been found in uncharted space by a human exploration ship. They reported the structure as, "A giant ring, with what looks like an Earth like surface, with water, mountains, and grass, with the outside gray frame pulsating with blue lights." Everyone in the surrounding area tried to track the ship and contact them. They were never heard from again. The UNSC traced the signal to unknown coordinates, and are enroute to establish contact, as they believe the ring structure to be a Halo ring. A dangerous weapon built by Forerunners to wipe out the galaxy, and ran by Covenant. I am a marine, designation Sierra Mike 115, my squad and I will be one of the first to touch down on the ring. Star Wars: A Galaxy at War
In a Galaxy far away, it has been years since the Human-Covenant War ended. Many lives were lost and many worlds were burned or destroyed by the fallen Covenant empire. Thanks to the Forerunner's technology and unlimited resources the UNSC now known as the Terran Republic was able to restore their fallen colonies and end human insurrections in the outer colonies. The Terrans also made a strong alliance with a new faction called The Sword of Sanghelios which is led by the Arbiter known as Thel 'Vadam. With this strong alliance, both factions became powerful allies and business partners. Together, they expanded their colonies further into deep space and beyond. But with their expansion, they discovered a new Galaxy and colonies of a new planet called Fury. A year after the planet was colonized they found out that they weren't the only living species in this new Galaxy. *A/N: I do not own Star Wars or Halo. I only own my ideas.*
