Been floating since decades,
Hiding underneath different facades,
Drowning deep into the ferny gloom,
Waiting paitently for my impending doom,
Killings are one way to remove my boredom,
But I never get caught;
honey I'm not that dumb.

My skin is peeling,
They say I lack feeling,
Sometimes my own voice is unknown to my ears,
But before I can feel, the devil's water dissolves my tears,
My soul is black,
They say it's humanity I lack.

However, l like to skin them all first,
But that's not enough to satisfy my thrist,
Yeah call me a little sick for that,
But in reality..................................

"You say you love me, yet you try to rip me apart limb by limb. I may not break easily, but the way you keep wearing me out all the time - well - I might as well just be made of paper. That way you wouldn't have to try hard to break me. One tear with your fingers and that's it. I'd be done for. Too bad that's not going to happen." *** "I want a kiss." He leans in a little, just enough to touch my hair. "Did you dye your hair purple?" he smirks, his famous smirk. I smack his hand away and he steps back. "It looks nice." He says softly. It sounded genuine. Like, 'the Carter Daniels' was actually giving me a compliment. He laughs, knowing I didn't expect him to say that to me. "Thanks." I say softly. Then, I casually lean into him, so close I can feel his breath hitch and his heart race. "Do you still want that kiss?" I whisper, seductively. Carter is frozen in place. I guess he wasn't expecting me to tease him back. I wasn't either. Now, it's like my body and mind aren't the same. But, I had to admit, it was fun teasing him like this. *** On the surface Lila seems like your everyday teenager in her junior year of high school, but if you look a little deeper, you will see something dark and uncertain lingering in the depths of Lila's life. Lila has always gotten out of her conflicts with her shyness, whether it be with her 'friends' and their abuse or Kevin's (Lila's older brother) best friend, Carter and his constant tormenting. But, when she decides to finally fight back against the binds that trap her from freedom, will Lila cower under the fear of her 'friends' or will she finally find her voice and free herself from the darkness that never wants to leave her? Finding Her Voice focuses in on a teenage girl's life named Lila. Follow her story as she gets into rancid blood baths with her (sort of) friends, trades insults with her older brother's best friend, and takes advice from her smarter, younger brother.

A GATEAU ORIGINAL I R E N E **** when an emotionally unstable human finds himself tumultuously falling in love, with her, the owner of the voice in his head. **** A voice in your head can mean a lot of things- -it could be your conscience, a divine interaction, or it could be the lingering whispers of someone you lost. A memory that comes attached with grief. A voice in your head could come rigid or softly and it could sometimes mean a step closer to insanity. Madness. × Inspired by an episode of the remake of the twilight zone, this fictionalized mystery dives deep into the mind of Zach Dempsey- -an emotional unstable teenager on his journey through a life he didn't think he deserved to live. Until he met, he heard her voice. Another voice in his head that somehow managed to capture his immediate attention- -a voice that he was so convinced belonged to an Irene, a supposed mexican on the other side of the world. Refusing to give up on his quest to find out the truth behind the voices and the sinuous connection between whom he would only soon begin to fall in love with- Follow Zach as he discovers a side of him that could only scare the people around him but along the way comes a compromise, -an endangering secret that could test how far he's willing to go, and at what expense of his mental health. **** From those that brought you the critically acclaimed murder mystery, Vamp and the controversial teenage drama, Elle- -comes this all in one book that manages to shed some light on the most important topics evolving around one's fragile mental health and grief in all it's stages- dealing with the sensitive topics that threatens the society these present days- -and finally questioning how far we could go to feel something, something often as rare as, love. Irene, coming exclusively to wattpad soon. × COVER BY ONYEMAOBI WRITTEN BY ONYEMAOBI ~ ©ONYEMAOBI2020
