It's basically what it says in the title 

Todoroki and Bakugo both fell in love with Midoriya. Bakugo fell in love with him when they were in middle school and Todoroki fell in love with Midoriya at the sports festival. It all starts when class 1a goes on a picnic both Bakugo and Todoroki explain there feelings to Izuku and they find out that they both like the same person. This starts a conflict between the 2 boys and Midoriya becomes very confused about his feelings and the whole situation. Read to find out how thing go and what happens next.

This is my first fan-fic so it will not follow the same storyline of the anime but close to it
