Hanahaki Disease: it is an illness born from unrequited love, where the person's throat will fill up with flowers, and will then proceed to vomit, and cough up the petals (at times, even the flower itself). One of the only ways for the disease to 'disappear' is if the said person returns the feelings (the disease can't be cured with friendship. It has to be with feelings of true love).
The Hanahaki Disease can also be removed through surgery; but the feelings for said person disappear along with the flower petals. If they do not choose either of the options available, or the feeling is not returned in time, then the person's lungs will fill up with the flowers, and will eventually suffocate. There is no specific flower assigned for this disease, but most commonly it is the crush's favorite type of flower.
