Our story: The blank period

- What happened after Sasuke returned to Konoha after over two years of being on his path to redemption? They didn't jump into each others arms and declare their undying love right away. This wasn't a fairytale. Not for Sakura, not now that she has matured and her love has grown truer, and deeper. And not for Sasuke, as he struggles to express foreign emotions, seeing Sakura in a new light. Through learning, growing, and lots of trial and error, they learn to love in the fiercest of ways. Experience the intimate, sometimes awkward, passion that these two share together. The emotions they learn to convey by a simple glance. The good and bad, because learning to love isn't this perfect dream we grew up believing. These two are given the chance to rediscover each other, and rediscover themselves, and what they find is a treasure never to be taken.-

First of all, thank you for clicking on my fan-fic, and even showing the slight bit of interest in it! This is my first ever publicly written fan-fiction, and the reason I honestly decided to write this was because I recently re-watched Naruto:Shippuden and The Last movie. I became increasingly annoyed with the lack of narrative and just overall coverage of Sasuke and Sakura's relationship. They've been my OTP since I was literally 12 years old, and it breaks my heart that the fans don't get a straight canon, solidified explanation of what happened during the blank period. It will be written from both Sakura and Sasuke's point of view, and I'm going to keep it as close to canon as I possibly can! Obviously, this is about them exploring loving each other, so that means sexual themes will be involved down the road, so I will have this rated M just in case. Anyway's, this is basically something I will continue to update during my free time, so please let me know what you think! UwU
