Why Need the Feathers?

Choromatsu and his brothers have a secret that isn't so secret: they have the ability to shift into monsters, and their parents allowed them to be taken to a hidden facility. However, the facility hides dark secrets, and things lurk hidden in shadows. Choromatsu doesn't understand why he himself was taken, he could barely be considered harmful. So that raises his question: what is exactly going on within these walls?
