Ammabelle, Olivia, and Phoenix were running concession stands to gain money for the drama department, but at some point during the night, all three -and another- girls were drugged by someone. But who? 

After a cycle of molestation, murder, rape, and abduction, the culprit blames someone else and runs free in the streets of Novac, Texas. But . . . what if the revolution finally sparks in four high school girls and two brothers left with dead sisters? Will the culprit rot or run free?
