Menma was raised by S-ranked criminals the Akatsuki and developed a liking for blood that he has uncontrollable blood lust . Eventhough Menma grew as a perfect weapon he still felt empty which didn't go unnoticed by the Akatsuki so they decided to sent him back from where he came . Konoha . Planning to get him back after a few years .
