"Touya why are we leaving?" Shouto asked his older brother.
"So dad can't hurt us anymore," Touya answered.
"Won't Fuyumi and Natsuo be sad that we left?" Shouto asked.
Touya thought about how his twin would miss him and how Natsuo would too but he was this to them save. It was for the greater good.
"They'll miss but with us gone their lives will be easier." He explained.
"So get your backpack and meet at the front door." Touya left him and went to the door to wait for him.
Months after the Oldest and youngest are proclaimed dead a vigilante named Dabi comes into the playing field. Years later another vigilante named Frost starts to make an appearance. Both him a Dabi start to get the public talking.

"I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home. Dabi didn't think that getting hit with a quirk in the middle of a battle against the heroes would bring him back in time. He didn't think it would restore his old looks either but here he is. It was obvious that he didn't recognise him in the slightest. Hizashi was completely frozen as Shouta came closer to him, hoping for some sort of realisation. Still nothing. He looked over his friend, scanning for injuries. He had scrapes and bruises, but nothing too bad. At least, that's what he thought until Hizashi bolted past him to get to the door. His uncoordinated legs fell out from under him and he crashed back to the ground. Shouta put a hand to his shoulder in an attempt to calm him down, but he clawed desperately and flipped over, thrashing around to get Shouta off of him. Shouta held on. He looked into Hizashi's eyes, then down his neck. Dabi is apprehended by the police and several heroes. Once they interrogate for what little information they could, fingerprints and DNA samples were taken. Overcoming the heavy resistance from him, even with restraints on, the truth of Dabi's identity is revealed. His black dye is washed out and the todoroki family is notified for the investigation of this case. After years, Shouto comes face to face with his oldest brother, Touya Todoroki. This is a brotherly love type of fanfic, yes I do with the Touya theory and this will not contain any explicit moments, or any implied romantic relationships, it focuses on Dabi and Shouto being bros.
