Cara Bean is your typical, teenage, girl, but she likes to think of herself as different from other girls. Her brother has just recently come out of the closet and he still managed to get a boyfriend before her. That might also have to do with the fact that Cara Bean has the tendency to fight every guy that she ever liked. So when she realises she likes her brother's boyfriend, she is struggling to fight the urge to punch him in his stupidly perfect face, just so she can stop thinking about it.

As you can imagine, brother Ian was triggered.

"Marek, don't do this. Keep your captainship. I'll tell the truth about what happened and we'll both be out of the deal." "But-" "I don't know what your doing, if you think this is going to win you attention or sympathy. Or maybe you are being a noble prat and doing as 'you should'. Plus, I don't mean anything to you. Never have, never will. So please, please, stop acting like I'm special. " "But you are." And then his voice cracked, and I cracked with it. ------------------------ She's sick of his arrogant ways, and the bragging. With her goal being to slap some sense into him, she makes a deal; they act like a couple in every sense of the word and the first one to fall in love? Loses. It's only when she realises he may not be such a terrible man after all that she doubts her ability to win. But what if the one thing she put on the line is the one thing she would die trying to protect? Will she allow a relationship to blossom under pressure from her past? **Disclaimer** The drawing in the cover isn't mine (but it was so pretty I used it anyway). If you know who it belongs to, tell me and I can give them the rightful credit. **Implication of sex and some minor bad language. Do not read unless mature enough.**
