In the end, Arima Kosei was saved from his fall but his beloved, Kaori, died.

But what if there is an Alternate Universe wherein Kaori Miyazono did not die? What if Kaori Miyazono does not have any unknown incurable illness in the first place?

After the last piano recital of Kosei, where Kaori was supposed to die, everything went back to normal.
