It's kind of funny I mean you would think a heart could only be broken so many times until it stops hurting but as it turns out the shatters that your heart once was can shatter again and again until it's nothing but dust that sits in the pit of your stomach leaving an empty void where it once laid. I never fully understood the feeling of a broken heart until that night. SPOILERS!! This story is about a young girl and her family who sadly lost their mother due to a terminal illness, it explains the series of event that lead up to to death as well the result after it happened, will they ever be able to recover or will the family have to deal with the loss of another member?

(Unedited) Rejection hurts. It can break many people apart. Slowly crushing their souls and silencing their wolfs forever. Unfortunately, that happened to Christina Prior. Ever since she was little, she always dreamed about getting a mate. Growing up, she soon faced the reality that her own soul mate didn't want her, but her gorgeous best friend. The one thing that would help her wolf and herself heal from the damage was to leave the pack and disappear. She did just that. Now three years later, she returns back to her pack not as a badass she-wolf, but a dying wolf. She has terminal cancer with only three months left. Let's just say that it would be nice to hear someone say "Don't Leave."
