Amy, Sam, Lilith, and Justin (previously Cas) have been friends ever since meeting each other through an online chatroom site called Plan. Even though they've been talking on this message site for over a year, they know very little about each other. Each one of them has personal issues that they are dealing with. These issues get uncovered throughout the story. The story is told through their chatrooms and Amy's notebook entries.
