At World's End

A psychopath named Lucius, who was a former hitman for a top criminal organization, betrayed his associates by assassinating the leader of the group and fled on his own. Hunted by numerous underlings of the organization, his life has been at constant peril under the karmic burden of his own actions. Amidst his search for the next victim, he encounters a woman with a mysterious illness.
