The giant war is lost. Several months later, two new demigods are found. Brace Rivers and Elena Walker are sixteen years old, meaning the gods broke their oath to Percy.
The Demigods are hiding from Gaea and her army. If she finds them they will be killed or enslaved. This could quite possibly be the extinction of heroes, unless Brace and Elena can stop it.
