Peter Quinn is your average mid-youth crisis having, Ramen dieting, incredibly heartbroken, 22-year-old college kid. One night he's kicked out of his best friend's apartment and tossed into the merciless street of Lansing, Michigan. With no coat, a heavy heart, and lots and lots (and lots) of nervous sweat he ventures off to finally confess to the girl of his dreams A Miss Audrey Thomson; his object of desire for the past five years, and childhood best friend.
But when rubber meets the road (literally) Peter finds himself strapped down in the local hospital on life supprt. There he meets different entities that embody his past, present and future:
He raps on street corners with Tupac, belts out love ballads in clubs with Mariah Carey and smokes Cuban cigars with Duke Ellington all while trying to navigate his big twisted up Audrey-obsessed world.
But when faced with a life-altering decision, what is Peter really willing to sacrifice? What is he willing to exchange for his broken heart?
