One is the main mansion, where we all used to live until it got really crowded, and then the second mansion belongs to Gracie. Her mansion is by a waterfall, just a ten minute walk away. Most of us have super powers. I mean, if the Capitol can make mutts, surely we can give ourselves super powers.
