Near a small shore was a town, in a rural area consumed by solitude and peace. For 365 days straight, the rain had pitter-pattered onto the roofs of the townsfolk, for 365 days the sky had been dull and cloudy, turning the minds of the people grey with it. Filling the streets. Filling their heads. Recently, hidden by the everlasting thrumming and grumbling of the rain, people dropped dead like flies. One by one, the ones who lived in that town tried to leave, afraid of the unknown that lured beyond their vision. Though they were trapped by nothing other than the claws of their fate. Investigators all over the country had failed to explain the phenomenon. The people were not to go. They got a bad feeling from the woman as soon as she arrived, blaming her existence for the rain. Once that reserved pluviophile detective made her way into town, did the rain get worse. She wittnessed the murders with her very eyes, told her lies about seemingly landing in another world and speaking with the undead. But how? It seemed impossible. The sea was eating up the shore, more cases of drowning. But now, she, the narcoleptic woman in violet, who was trying to solve the cases of death as well as clear her name, was accompanied by a clinomaniac good-for-nothing detective. The two, one suspicious of the other, while the other only tries to do her job, try to solve these mysteries. And all that while death is just trying to get a grasp on them. The woman was followed by her past, haunted by it, chased until she'd finally fall to the ground and be embraced by it. What was waiting for her in those foggy memories? All she knew was that all this wasn't a coincidence.
