Natsuki, Kami's and Raiden's daughter, was born just like everyone else. She had inherited Kami's ability, but is unaware of it. Kami refuses to allow Natsuki to go through what she had gone through. Kami sends Natsuki to Rhylville: the ability-less city. After a couple years in highschool, Natuski encounters a problem, and soon finds our the truth of the world.
