“It’s one thing trying to do illegal stuff without being caught. It’s another thing trying to do illegal stuff when you have an extremely cute and dorky nerd by your side practically 24/7.” – Alex Waverly.
Alex Waverly just wants to leave and forget about her past. She wants to forget about the family that doesn’t love her, she wants to leave the people who don’t understand her and most importantly, she wants to leave the guilt of her past behind. All Alex really wanted was to be loved by her parents who misjudge her and see a delinquent instead of their depressed seventeen years old daughter. But Alex has stopped trying to prove them wrong. Instead, turns exactly to what her parents think of her.
Theodore Shy. His last name pretty much tells his personality. Being the nerd and Goody-two-shoes makes it an easy target for the bullies. Theodore just wants to finish senior year and go straight to Harvard- since his Uncle Dain is the principal. Theo doesn't really have to worry about partying and alcohol since he doesn't have any friends to invite him- except for his only friend Robin- until one faithful day.
Theodore Shy is asked to accompany Alex Waverly from seven thirty a.m. until ten p.m. for as long as Alex is underage.
Follow their lives in this humored story to discover secrets, true personality and maybe even love.
