People often speak of a land of milk and honey, with silky leaves and apples of ruby, but not all places are as beautiful. Sometimes we must be content in the land of pine needles and rotten fruits, and it isn't milk, it's cream.
But it is beautiful just the same.

In these pages, the world is both light and heavy-sometimes in the same breath.
