Selfharm isn't a trend, it isn't a faze. It's real. This is my surviving story of depression. My own experiences and past "accidents". When your afraid of telling people how you feel because you know it will destroy them, so you bury it deep inside of you and let it fester until it eventually destroys you. Nothing will hurt more than the pain to follow from your mistakes, but what we do with that pain is our own choice. We are all fighting a battle, only at different levels, dealing with different pain. Who wins or loses is up to you.

In Love With Blindfolds On
I gave the best of myself to someone who didn't have anything to lose. I didn't know how to avoid my lover's toxic and abusive flames. My lover's twisted words were like a maze inside of my head that I couldn't escape. Sadly, my lover's actions hypnotized my thoughts and paralyzed my thinking. I learned the hard way that love isn't leaning in for a kiss, and a fist meets you halfway. Love isn't being a punching bag because someone decided they wanted to beat on you today. Society tells us be ourselves. When we are society judges. If we dare share what's on our mind we get judged even by our friends, some people keep it in just like I do. Some of the worst things happen mentally, and physically. When it comes time to show our emotions we can't because we worry people will think about us.
