"It's her!" Cried one of the Priestesses when she'd touch the hand of the child that was brought to her.
"Goodness me, bow down immediately and honor the Gods and Goddesses's offspring!" All of them went down on bended knees to give respect.
On the other hand, baffled and confused Miranda, the woman who's took care of the child for years, couldn't understand what was happening.
"What do you intend to say? Please, I've come here for answers and I've been told you hold the truth!" The binds of anguish and sorrow echoed on her plea for she's witnessed how pain and horror took over the child, and she could not even identify what has caused it. On dark and cold nights, the child would scream in pain during her sleep and poor Miranda could only cry in worry-because no matter what medicine she'd give her, nothing ever works.
Nobody answered. Only gibberish prayers of the Seers were heard, all of them circling and kneeling in front of the baby that Miranda carries. She could no longer take the silence the Seers was giving her. For Miranda, they were her last hope for answers and the last hope for baby Freya.
"Please! You are my last resort! Heal my child, I beg of you."
Suddenly, all of them raised their heads and fixed their eyes on Miranda. They looked at her with filth and disgust.
"You dare to claim the daughter of the Gods your child? If the almighty Zeus heard you, you would've been struck by lightning!"
From the shadowy corner of the Temple of the All-Seeing, a cloaked enchantingly beautiful maiden stepped closer to her direction. She wore the crown that was carved with the Seers emblem- a sign that she is, Erena Lady of Seer, the High Priestess of all Seers.
"My lady, I beg your pardon but please help me." She was desperate and no shame could stop her from finding answers.
"The child you have brought here, is the same child of the Greek Prophecy. She is the daughter of all Gods and Goddesses of Olympus- before all Gods yet above all else."
"I want you," his hands grip over my shoulders. His eyes gentle and longing, pulling at the strings of my heart. "Human or God, won't make me let go of you"
I felt stuck. I am stuck but this was the wrong move, altogether. How could I go home now when he wants to keep me here with him? When he wants me "You don't understa--"
"No! it's you who don't understand. I'll destroy a hundred worlds for you to stay by my side. don't you dare, doubt that"
I never have
