A modern AU where Alex is a minimum wage trainee Batista at a local coffee shop and as always, is sleep deprived. John Laurens is a local band member that usually plans and writes songs within the coffee shop. John comes in constantly and Alex has taking a liking to this customer, but, there are obstacles in the way from stopping this relationship. Who knows where these two will get.

Y'all ready for a cheezy ass summary?! Because I'm not. ---- Basically it's a modern Hamilton/Jamilton AU (wow. much original). Thomas and Alexander are roommates and Thomas gets lung cancer and shit happens.
