The Legend of Blackwood Forest

People say that those who are downcast and dejected go to Blackwood Forest. The legend states that anyone that struggles with life and is ready to end it, can come to Blackwood Forest and be at peace with the other people and spirits. There are only two rules at blackwood, you can't tell anyone where you're going;or even say goodbye, and you can never leave. No one has ever found Blackwood and was able to tell the tale. Of course, it is only a legend.

Meet Max. Orphaned at the age of five because his parents died in a horrific fire. Everyone thinks he caused the fire because his eyes are red, which of course, means he is connected with the devil. First of all, they couldn't be more wrong, they're red because he got stuck with weird genes. Seriously, this town is obsessed with demons and spirits. The caretakers ignore him, the other orphans pick on him, and every friend he has ever had stabbed him in the back. When Max hears the rumor of Blackwood and thinks it would be the perfect place for him, though he thinks it's just a fun rumor. One day while walking around the edge of town, Max spots a forest that he never knew was there. Max decideds to wander through it because it is strang and new, and he is curious as to why he never noticed it before. Could this be the rumored about Blackwood Forest? But that that's just a story....... right?
