Series of EK One Shots if Sanem had never accepted the deal Emre offered and she had been free to love Can. She is still naïve, inexperienced, and totally clueless at the possibility of Can loving her.
There is no Sanem being dumb and humiliating herself here.
I am no writer, not even an English speaker by birth but love this couple.

A bit of a different story as I currently have lost my mojo for the serie EK. I am super upset about the cheap soap opera plot of Can losing his memory; well Sanem only which is even more ridiculous. I just cannot believe the writers come up with such dumb plot and waste opportunities for good ones by making Yigit go with a letter?!? WTH?? They built his character to be obsessed and he just sends her a letter??? What a waste, there could have been a great drama and Can saving Sanem. Same with Huma, there could have been a really emotional episode if Can had known what she had done. He still thinks Yigit is disabled because of him?!?!? So again why were these plots buried and replaced by some amnesia story. It annoys me because amnesia is such a famous soap opera plot that comedians when making fun of soap operas use this story, like in Friends, I believe Joe wakes up with amnesia in his soap... Based on the trailers, Sanem is going back to being silly and humiliated by the writers which is the reason I already stopped watching around episode 20 for a while. I have very little hope the 2 new writers, both males, will bring better plots. However, I still love the passionate couple that Sanem and Can form so I want to keep writing about them. Sorry I was so passionate above but I am deeply disappointed. This story starts at a book convention where Sanem represents her successful book and Can his own. They meet...Complete
DON'T JUDGE A PERSON (AN ERKENCI KUS LESSON)
A story about how so many people underestimated Sanem, because of her upbringing, even Can. Just because a person is shy, respectful, and not pushy, this should not be evaluated as not smart and looked down on! I wanted Can to show his smarts, and realize his attitude with all the women, the show threw in front of Sanem. I did not like Can's arrogance with the women. As you will be able to tell, I did not like any of them at all, especially Polen. A lot of the time, it was just degrading, how everyone treated the character Sanem. I wanted Sanem and Can to be in love, but equal. I also, felt like Huma, was just evil, but why? She was the mother of two adult men, why be so mean? So I made her a little different, she still thinks she is better, but not! I also, did not like the way Sanem's parent's went from friendly to not, then forgave Leyla and Emre overnight, but never ever understood Sanem and Can. I am not a writer, have no connection with the actors, production staff, or anyone else with Erkenci Kus. I am just a fan. Any mistakes, misspellings, long boring chapters or story are all on me. Erkenci Kuş: Broken Promises
Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!Complete

The thought of someone being that most important person In her life hadn't settled well with his heart. NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH ERKENCI KUS
This is a different type of Erkenci Kus story. The characters are familiar, but their interaction has changed from the series, and quirky funny things happen. I have read one story where Sanem had special powers and she will have different ones in this version. There is a difference from the other version. I hope this will be a fun filled story. I apologize if any details are similar to any other story. I try hard to write from my imagination only, except of course ideas from the series. I have no affiliation to Erkenci Kus, the cast, or anyone else involved with the series. I am just a fan, only. Please overlook, any mistakes, long drawn out sentences, or misspellings. In addition, I am learning as I go. I recently learned how to add photos and I hope it will work! Thank you for reading and stay well and safe during our new normal. The battle for their love seemed to be never ending as Polen and Yigit tried to once again come between Can and Sanem. They were both determined to follow their destiny and let nothing come between them. Polen was the last person that Can thought would try and destroy him, but she had turned into an imbalance, unstable and scorned woman, with nothing but Can on her mind.Complete

I really loved EK up to episode 19, after that, they made Sanem act too childish, awkward and unworthy of being a strong and intelligent woman. From then on, and especially the scene at the hut where Can lost it, I almost felt insulted that a young woman could be portrayed in such a weak and stupid way; and that she would blame herself after a man would treat her with so much violence and disrespect. I am slowly learning to like the character of Can again but mostly felt the need to write my ''dream'' version of EK after Sanem tells Can ''you have decided to leave, good bye''. I like happy ending don't worry, but Can won't have it easy!!! I own no rights over characters, and I am not a frequent writer apart from uni and work assignments/reports😊 oh and I am not a native English speaker. Yigit is not Polen's brother in this story, because it was utterly RIDICULOUS!!!! LolComplete
