Black Cat

Alexei describes himself as plain as can be. He's not much to look at, has no home, no family, and spends his time wandering the streets of Enfield talking to stray cats. The only thing that sets him apart are his bright blue eyes that shine even in the dark.

After he saves her from a gang of teenagers, Lily, captivated by his eyes and silent persona, invites Alexei to dinner as a thank you. Dinner quickly turns into a whirwind adventure to a world twisted into the fabric of her own, filled with places and beings she could only dream of.

If that wasn't enough, there's one more surprise. Alexei, she discovers, is not exactly human.
