Real world AU 

Isabella and Leslie have been together since they arrived at Grace Field house. They never knew who their real parents were. Almost none of the kids did. All they knew was the children that had become family to them. Isabella didn't quite see Leslie in that way though. She fell in love with the blue eyed boy but what will happen when Leslie gets adopted?

Isabella promises herself that she'll find him and marry him.
