Broken Minds | Five Hargreeves

On October 1st, 1989, the extraordinary happened. 43 women gave birth. However, none of these children were pregnant when the day first began. Sir Reginald Hargreeves adopted eight of these children. Seven of which had seemingly impossible abilities, and were trained daily from a young age. The children were trained to be elite heroes and help the world with the many problems it faced, and the eight of them built strong relationships with each other. Soon formed The Umbrella Academy

Although they were trained for many styles of
combat and battle, they were not trained for heartbreak. the iceberg began to tip once one of the beloved children went missing. The vanishing of Number Five caused the children and Reginald to grow devastated, and years later, another one of their dear siblings was taken away from them.

Not being able to bare with the loss of two of their siblings, The Umbrella Academy went their separate ways, wanting to be as far away from the academy as possible, except for Luther of course, who stayed.

Shockingly, however, the Academy was soon brought back together from the one thing they never expected - the death of their father, Reginald Hargreeves. And their unexpected visit led to something far more serious than a funeral.
