For some, they think that the first quirk to appear was the boy from China who radiated light. However this was not the case. It first appeared one hundred years before. The quirk was reincarnation. 

For many lifetimes, Hisa has been born, died, and reborn. Never appearing the same as the last life. New names, sometimes different genders and sexualities, and new looks. When quirks started to finally appear, Hisa realized that a weakened version would transfer with them. Stockpiling until the cycle continues or eventually gets broken. 

Follow Hisa and how they met the strongest hero, Deku.

Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated.
