Spiritas Taretto and the Mercenaric Academy

This high-tech fantasy is set in a world where there are 4 conscious beings. The humans, the segregated half-animal Unhumans, the slave-like Dragons, and the hellions. The humans are your average humans, who have managed to stay alive with their resourcefulness and smarts. The Unhumans are half-human and half-animal and segregated in most of the country. The Dragons are slaves, without rights or freedom. The hellions are monsters and beasts whose only desire is to end life. The Mercenaric government is an international system for fighting terrorism and ridding the world of hellions, though hellions will never leave. This government is separate from a nation's government, but they can work in tandem on occasion. On the nation of Atlas, seven states work to suppress a rebellion of Dragons and Unhumans that are killing innocent people. One of these states is Flare, where Flare Mercenaric Academy is. Two students from the urban capital of Atlas, get chosen for early admission into the school because they are two years under the average admission date. Spiritas Taretto, or Spira, has been wanting to be a Mercenary ever since he was a child. He lives with his older sister, General Rose Taretto. Cinder Ravinesce is the same age as Spira and wants to be a Mercenary because of her kinetic. They're chosen by Sequoia Whin, nicknamed the Nightmare Ninja for her ability. Will Spira and Cinder get into the school? Will Sequoia tell Spira about her past with his sister? Will Spira reveal his real reason for wanting to be a mercenary? Will Cinder finally show her hair?
