21 tapes

This is basically a documentation type story featuring 21 "tapes"i.e accounts of victims and investigators of human experimentation. All the "tapes" are inspired by real experiments which took and are taking place. These experiments mark the beginning of something new in the world but the truth behind these experiments would be unheard by the people, but it would still lurk in the deepest and maddest corner of "humanity".
