After a attack hits in every part of the Texas area schools have been pushed into lockdown, no one should be allowed to leave, that's until the cannibalistic monsters pushed through the barriers. Laia's first priority is to get to her younger brother and protect him. Though not only does she have to find her brother, she finds a three year old boy and pushed into taking care of him from all the monsters. Laia has go to grow up faster than she would like, and the boy will have to grow faster than she would want for him. The only thing that is left is the last humanity, and that's only if they keep that for themselves.

However they didn't expect the human body to be as persistent as it is, the infection they spread mutating and making humans reanimate with a hunger for flesh. They thought they could contain it, control it even, but it's spreading faster than they thought. The world is dying faster than ever before. And Carisa only want to survive, to make it to the next day, bumping into an Alien she thought she'd be petrified. But upon further inspection... their not that much different that humans. Curiosity at its peek with both of them and so she gains a tail always creeping behind her. The aliens just won't let her go. Story is written on my free time so it has a lot of typos, sorry. This story is unedited and first draft as keeping with my first two short stories posted to Instagram and therefore will not be polished or fixed with multiple drafts leading to an end product. This story was meant to be raw or just as it poured from my head.
