Taylor's life has flipped upside down, but that doesn't mean she dislikes that. While she misses her mother, she is back on track with finding herself again with the help of her friends, the Autobots, and her guardian Ratchet.

But MECH is still out there, and refuses to leave her alone. To them, she is a weapon, a prized possession they must take back. Taylor doesn't want to lose her humanity to them, but it seems like she's never able to avoid them.

And what happens when her friendship with Ratchet turns into something more in her heart? To her, she is more than just her guardian and closest friend. But what is she to Ratchet?
