When young future leader of a Welsh County, Lord Dickory Roderick turns sixteen, he is finally let out of his family's fortress and a little is all he needs to see to know that he has to step up and at least try to use his powers to defend his people.
While dealing with the hordes of heroes from the GU teams, Cartel Toro finds another super-powered enemy in this young, Welsh Lord who attacks dressed in just jeans, sneakers, a mask and a hoodie.
Experience The Hood and all he goes through to rid Wales and all of Britain from the grasp of Cartel Toro.
