The ninja find the small son of Garmadon, take him in, love him like a brother. They are like family, until Lloyd is aged in a fight. Suddenly, his happy family become very abusive. The only way Lloyd finds relief is in a sharp blade to his body, watching his own blood flow from the self inflicted wounds. He has a serious case of Depression. His father in the Underworld, his mom and uncle missing, Lloyd suffers through alone, slowly dying inside.

One day, just as things start to become unbearable in the siblings' lives, an old sensei comes to meet the three siblings and makes them an all too intriguing offer. He gives them the chance to a new life. How will the siblings cope with the drastic transition from being neglected in an abusive household to living in a peaceful monastery amongst kind and caring people? How will their broken mindsets and crippling fears affect them and their parts in a prophecy? How will two boys both dressed in green find peace after a war lights up between them? ------------- This story is only meant to be a bit of fun for me and my readers, so it won't be as well-written as my other books. It's just supposed to be something I can write for fun and don't have to feel stress over :) -This story does not follow the LEGO Ninjago plot or timeline, but is alternative with some similarities to the show -Most of the characters belong to LEGO Ninjago -This story includes dark topics such as abuse, violence, injuries and generally anything. After centuries of being imprisoned beneath Ninjago City, the Serpentine, an ancient race of snakes, are realised by Lloyd Garmadon, son of Lord Garmadon, they seek revenge against the people who put them there.. The ninjas, Kai, Cole, Jay, Zane, and Y/n, initially sceptical of their abilities, must set aside their differences and work together. They discover they possess elemental powers, and master the art of Spinjitzu to combat the Serpentine threat, although Y/n has not unlocked said elemental powers, yet. * * * All your life you knew the Brookstones.(IK that's not their real last name, but it sounds better then 'Bucket', soooo) and for the longest time, the Brookstones son, Cole was your best friend. And what felt like forever, you had a crush on him, but you didn't want to tell him, out of fear he didn't feel the same way. (In this story, when Cole goes away he isn't found by Sensei Wu till after you.) When one day, you went over to his house, and his Dad said that he had gone away to the Marty Oppenheimer School of the Art's, which didn't sound right. After a few months, weird stuff started happening to you. One day, you were approached by an old man, claiming that you were an Elemental master, and that you needed to train to be a ninja. At first you were sceptical, but after some thought, you went with him. After about a month, the man said he wanted you to meet some other people like you. You didn't know what you expected, but you didn't expect Cole to be one of the people you were to meet. In the present day, the ninja, Kai, Cole, Jay, Nya, and Zane, with their masters, Wu and Garmadon, discover a large organization of the same assassins that attacked Misako and Garmadon being lead by a powerful and dangerous foe on an unknown island they never knew about-the Dark Island. This foe was unlike others, he was the eternal enemy of the First Spinjitzu Master. Together, the ninja team work their way over to the island to try and fight them, not knowing that a small group, who aren't so different from the ninja, are already working on it.
