A group of friends have been obsessing over the idea of being in the zombie apocalypse since the 7th grade. They made up scenario games and completely thought out plans on how they were going to survive and concur the apocalypse. But they never thought it would ever come to pass. 

Their junior year of high school it happened. You would think they would be fully prepared and they were for the survival part but not for the strain it would put on them. 

Their friendships and relationships will be tested. They will have to learn to deal with more loss than ever before, more pain. Who will rise and who will sink?
