A pair of twins are left to fend for themselves after their abusive father murders their beloved mother. One has to deal with the trauma of losing her safety, the other battles internally with the actions he had to take. They are left with only each other in a crumbling kingdom to the East on the Island of Fusheana.
The Dragon, who rules the island, is awakened for the revenge of one man. Things don't go according to plan and now the whole Island of Fusheana is in danger of being burned.
The twins, Evelyn and Zane, are chased from Kingdom to Kingdom trying to find safety. They come across an odd man, who likes to talk to himself, and the captain of the guard. Together they try to save the Kingdoms and reach the only safehaven against the dragon. The Kingdom of Midian.
