Other than their friends, the only people who seem to like the idea of Kaylin and Lucas potentially getting together are her mom and his family, who're all being supportive because they know each other from their kids going to school together and being in the same business, even if they're competitors. Her mom often has to settle disputes in-between her and her dad but that doesn't mean her dad is going to stop being negative about Kaylin's growing relationship with Lucas.
