Say, if she slowed down a second to become a minute, later in the day time will speed up and a minute becomes a second. What would a normal person do if they found the two most dangerous villains in the world bleeding all over their doorstep? Probably call the police, or an ambulance because all of the blood was indeed concerning. Ochako was not normal though. Ochako had been rejected from the school of her dreams, therefore denying her of having the job of her dreams. The one that paid the most.
