  She is the older Sister of Toshiro and annoys him all the time. 

She was the one that never lost her spot as 3rd seat in squad 5 after disappearing for 109 years. 

She is a Vizard.  

109 years ago when the captains, lieutenants and her got hollowfied by Aizen they all were taken in by Kiske so he could save their lives.

 Shortly after, they all left to the Human world to live.  

She appeared again shortly after they confirmed Aizens betrayal, when she walked into Head captains office he told her the news she thought she would never hear.
