Sweety Chaudhary grew up in a small town in Punjab India called Moga. Her father is a big time business owner, he's the owner of a clothing factory that makes everything from underwear to women's wedding dresses.

Her father was always looking for potential investors to help further his company, he was also looking for a potential husband for Sweety. He figured that it would be better for his company if Sweety's future husband and his investor were a part of the same family, maybe that's why Sweety was so upset. She never wanted her marriage to be a part of a business deal.
