What if Wei Ying was already in love with Lan Zhan? What if Wei Ying wrote Lan Zahn letters? How far will another go to prove innocence? What truly happened is only revealed in a ritual called Sympathy as to whether or not Wei Ying is innocent or a monster.

Everything is canon until right after Wei Ying died. Everything following is changed. Also, characters come to certain realizations and might be out of character.
